Need help surviving hay fever season?

It's hayfever time but Inside Out Health Reigate has some solutions to help

Spring is here and although it’s a beautiful time of year, sadly for many it’s a season of extreme discomfort. The blossoming trees and green grasses of spring and summer bring with them pollen and for those who suffer with hay fever that can mean a whole host of uncomfortable symptoms.

Common symptoms include itchy, swollen and watery eyes, an itchy, runny or blocked nose, sore throat, reduced air flow through the nose (from swelling of the nasal passages), blocked sinuses, sneezing and skin irritation.

Coconut oil teeth whitening

I’m sure that you’ve heard by now about the many wonders and uses of coconut oil, but have you heard about coconut oil teeth whitening? We’ve recently been trying out these coconut oil pulling kits from Coco Baci and wanted to share the thoughts of one of our guest bloggers with you. Coconut oil has numerous nutritional health benefits and using it for oil pulling has claimed to improve oral hygiene. These kits offer an all natural teeth whitening course, whereby you use a sachet of the oil mixture daily and swirl the oil around your mouth for 10-15 minutes before brushing. I know you might be thinking that 15 minutes walking around with coconut oil in your mouth seems like a rather long time, but you could do this whilst you make breakfast, get ready for work or take a bath and our blogger found it to soon become second nature.
