Online Orders & Collections explained

We offer postal delivery to mainland UK by Royal Mail. Prefer to collect from us? Pop by and see us in store! Here are some more details for you regarding each service.

UK Mainland by Royal Mail:- Delivery for orders over £20 is currently FREE of charge. Orders under £20 are subject to a £2.50 contribution towards the postage fee. We use recycled packaging materials which, where possible, are biodegradable or recyclable.

Exclusions apply:- We are unable to post liquids, perishable or temperature sensitive items. 

Weight of delivery:- If your order exceeds 1Kg, we reserve the right to apply an additional fee to cover the cost. We will contact you in advance to discuss this.  

Collection:- Collect your item from us at 3 Church Street, Reigate, RH2 0AA between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and between 9am and 7pm on Wednesday. NOTE: We are closed on UK Bank Holidays.

Once your order is placed, we will let you know when your item is ready to collect. Please await your confirmation that the item is ready before you come to the shop.

 

Refunds & Returns

If you decide you don’t want any item in your order that you purchased online you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Some exclusions apply, see below. We will issue a full refund when the item is received back to us, and it should be in the condition in which it arrived to you.  

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If the item is faulty, please see notes below on ‘Damaged or Faulty Product’. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your order will be refunded when we have received the product and it has been inspected by us.  We will process the refund back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item within 7 days of receiving the item back. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for further details.

If you buy an item in store, you have 28 days from date of purchase to exchange or request a refund. We do not exchange or refund personalised items, special order items (for example test kits), temperature controlled items, cosmetics, damaged, opened or used. We require proof of purchase to be provided. Refunds are done to the original payment card.

If you have not received your order within the estimated times at checkout, please email us on info@inside-out-health.com and we shall look into this for you.
