“Breathwork is incredibly empowering – our breath belongs to us, it’s free and available for us to tap into whenever we need – the benefits we can experience are immediate, as the way we breathe directly impacts the way we feel. During the session you will be guided through a series of breathing exercises that soothe and calm your nervous system creating a shift, in real time, in how you are feeling.
For your virtual session, being seated on a chair works perfectly and no equipment is required – however, it is advised to wear comfortable clothing for the session and have a cardigan or blanket close by for the relaxation breath as we tend to cool down during this time.” – Kerry, Calm with Kerry

About Kerry
Kerry Hector is a Breathwork Coach, Yoga Teacher and Sound Therapist who has a huge love of all things health and wellness - she predominantly works with private clients, including couples and families who seek to manage and improve their own wellbeing. Kerry also works with entrepreneurs and corporate organisations, helping to manage stress and anxiety in the workplace.
Kerry created Calm with Kerry having gone through her own personal experience with stress and the effects it had on her physical and emotional wellbeing – it’s incredibly important to her to bring awareness to tangible and accessible techniques that can be easily adopted into individuals’ daily routines – providing stress relief, a reduction in anxiety, better sleep and an overall improvement in physical and mental wellbeing.
