BioCare Methyl Multivitamin

Description

A good all round multi, great for energy levels as contains a good level of B vitamins. You can take 1 or 2 a day, most people find 1 is enough but if you are low in energy take 2 (one with breakfast and 1 with lunch).

This multi is suitable for both men and women as it has low levels of iron. If a woman has very heavy periods we would suggest a different multivitamin – the Female Multinutrient as it has higher levels of iron.
