Sprouted Buckwheat Breakfast Muesli

A deliciously filling way to start the day is with Tanya’s sprouted breakfast bowl.

With the sprouting taking around 3 days this isn’t a quick breakfast, however with a little bit of plannning ahead you can create a batch of goodness that the whole family will enjoy.

The Ingredients

500g sprouted buckwheat

3TBSP cinnamon

1/4 C honey

3 chopped apple

3 sliced bananas

1/2 C almonds

1 C sunflower seeds

1 C goji berries

1/2 C cacao nibs

1/2 C raisins

The Method

Once the buckwheat has sprouted (approximately 3 days) mix all ingredients together and dehydrate either in a dehydrator or your oven at a low setting until dry for +- 24 hours.
