Apart from the current flurry of snow, we have at last had some blue skies and snow drops, and now the daffodils are on their way! Spring is in the air! We have turned a corner from our wintry hibernation! This is the perfect time of year to think about weight loss, doing a cleanse, or just cleaning up your diet.
Last year we launched a successful Weight Loss Plan, put together by our team of Nutritional Therapists, designed to give you clear and concise advice, in a 30 day step-by-step plan, to get you started on a healthy lifestyle. The plan includes quick and easy recipes and many of these can be used for the whole family. One of our customers who did the plan, commented on how well the whole family were eating and how well they were ALL feeling as a result!
Another customer found her husband changing his eating habits too and she said she was delighted at how she didn’t feel hungry on the plan at all.
The plan is gluten free and dairy free. It also introduces a lot of vegan meals, which are healthy options for many of us to be including now and again in the week anyway.
Included in the plan are 4 check-ins with a Nutritional Therapist, who will take your weight and other measurements, so you can see how you’re progressing! It also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and be encouraged along the way. We’ve found that having ongoing support is so often the key to staying on track!
