Terms & Conditions (last updated 4th August 2020)
1. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all products supplied by Inside Out Health (Reigate) Ltd, 3 Church Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0AA (‘We/Us’). Please read these terms of sale carefully they maybe updated at any time.
1.2 When you submit an order to us, this does not mean we have accepted your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any products until we actually dispatch the products to you. Once we do so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
1.3 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see point 4 Cancellation Policy below).
1.4 We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date and time when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
1.5 Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as Order Confirmations, and changes to the service. By purchasing products from Inside-out-health.com, you accept that your email address will be used to supply you with such information and agree both to our Terms and Conditions and to receiving email marketing communications from us.
You can opt-out of email marketing communications from Inside Out Health at any time by emailing us at email@example.com or pressing the unsubscribe button on our emails.
2. ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS
2.1 The description of the products you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order.
2.2 All product images on our website are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may differ slightly in size or packaging design.
2.3 Please note, that although product information is regularly updated, Inside Out Health are unable to accept any liability for any incorrect information. Food products in particular are often reformulated and nutrition content may change. Where further dietary information is important to you, (for example due to an allergy) you should email Inside Out Health or contact the manufacturer direct to be sure it matches your requirements.
2.3.1 Every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If, from an error, (either human or technical) a product or service has been under-priced we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price as long as we notify you BEFORE the product has been dispatched.
2.3.2 If an error has been found on our website that affects your order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm the order or cancel it and have a refund either to your bank account or onto the card that you used (whichever way relates to how you purchased the products).
2.4 All products are subject to availability and every effort is made to keep the stock levels up to date. If, for any reason there is a delay due to stock availability or in fact we are unable to fulfil the order within a reasonable time frame. We will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item. We will inform you as soon as possible and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products.
2.5 In addition to the price, each order that you make may include a charge for delivery. Any delivery charge is dependent on value of the order, delivery address location and weight. Current delivery options and charges are explained in the section Deliveries Explained.
2.6 The price of the products and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
2.7 Payment for the products and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
2.8 Your credit/debit card details will be taken by phone following a confirmed order being placed on our website. We process your card with the full price of the order and delivery charge if applicable at the time of ordering.
2.9 Once your payment has cleared we will let you know your goods are ready to be dispatched/collected.
2.10 Once you have placed your order, you will receive notification that we have received it via an automated email reply. We will contact you by phone or by email within one working day.
3.1 The products you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order within the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland. We do not deliver internationally.
3.2 Local Home Delivery from the Inside Out Team
Our Inside Out Health Delivery Team deliver three days a week to the Reigate & Redhill and the surrounding areas. Minimum spend applies. Please see the latest delivery service details here.
3.3 In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address we expressly disclaim all liability that may arise due to the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This does include but is not limited to – tampering, theft, contamination and the result from any temperature changes.
3.4 In the case of any adverse weather or events outside of our control affecting your delivery, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery time and date, and inform you of the situation. In these type of events, our liability to you will be limited to the price of the goods and cost of delivery if applicable.
3.5 You will become the owner of the products you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
3.6 Delivery via HERMES BY POST
If you are outside of our local delivery area (Reigate, Redhill and surrounding) or your order comes to less than our minimum delivery value for FREE delivery we will post your items to you via Post by Hermes.
3.7 Exclusions apply:- We are unable to post liquids, perishable or temperature sensitive items. However these items are available via our Delivery Team in the local area.
3.8 Weight of delivery:- If your order exceeds 5Kg (with a £50 and over order), we reserve the right to apply an additional fee to cover the cost. We will contact you in advance to discuss this. We have approximated this to be a further charge of £1 for 5-10kg, and £3.20 for 10kg and over.
4. YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION – 14 day guarantee
4.1 If you decide you don’t want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty or it has been delivered to you in error). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Conditions Apply: For hygiene reasons, personal grooming and cosmetics cannot be returned.
Perishable items: perishable food items and probiotics are not returnable
4.2 You must notify us that you wish to return the items via email before sending back any items, please include your order number.
4.3 The product must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging with all the seals intact to receive a full refund. You cannot cancel or demand a refund once the product is opened, used or the container opened.
The products must be returned to Us at the registered address – Inside Out Health, 3 Church Street, Reigate, RH2 0AA – please consult our opening times if you are paying for any type of courier service.
4.4 Your order will be refunded when we have received the product and it has been inspected by us. We will process the refund back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item within 7 days of receiving the item back.
4.5 As we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned, we suggest the items are packed securely, keep a proof of postage from the post office and/or send the items back via a recorded service which insures the value of the product.
4.6 Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item please contact us as soon as you can by email or by phone and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or issue you with a full refund. We will also arrange the return of the incorrect item.
To receive the refund or replacement in this case, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days.
4.7 Faulty products
We try our very best to securely and appropriately package your order safely, however if you receive an item that is damaged we will happily replace it.
We do ask you to carefully inspect your products as soon as you can after they have been received. You should notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will require you to complete a lost parcel or damaged item declaration, and request that you send us a photo of the damaged packaging and product.
We will then arrange for the goods to be returned to us and replaced. We are unable to offer a refund/exchange or credit for products that have been opened or used. Your statutory rights are not affected
