As we approach the London marathon (Sunday 26th April) I wanted to highlight the benefits of CherryActive from Active Edge. It works wonders in reducing muscle ache after any exercise. It is particularly beneficial post-running and is also very popular with cyclists.
It comes in a concentrated liquid and capsule form. The juice is the most popular option, you dilute it like a squash and drink it after your run or cycle.
