Happy New Year to you all! What glorious skies we have had in these first few days of 2026.
In the past we have had themes of New Year, New You but I no longer like that idea as it implies the old you was no good, and that is just not true. Instead, let’s think of what small sustainable positive addition can be made this January, or what small unhelpful thing can be stopped or reduced. No huge overhaul, no unrealistic goals and therefore no additional stress or disappointment. Let’s be kinder to ourselves.
Making any changes alone is hard. If you would like our support, pop in and ask us about how you can add that positive health step in to maybe an already busy life without it causing additional stress, or how you can reduce or stop certain eating habits. Support and encouragement are key to making regular new habits stick and that is what we are all about in 2026.
