The essential Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are recognised for their contribution to the maintenance of health, for example in the brain, the heart and the eyes.
Bionutri’s One a Day Fish Oil capsule contains 1200mg of fish oil providing 600mg DHA/EPA in a 5:1 ratio DHA to EPA and in combination with Vitamin D.
The capsules are blister-packed to ensure their freshness right up to the point that they are taken.
Ingredients: Fish Oil (Triglyceride), D-Alpha Tocopherol, Mixed Tocopherols, Medium Chain Tri-glycerides, Cholecalciferol, Sunflower Oil, DL-Alpha tocopherol.
Capsule shell: Fish Gelatin, Glycerol
Suggested Use:
Adults: One capsule daily
Children: (from five years of age) may take the contents of one capsule daily, punctured and taken by spoon or mixed with food.
This is not to be taken by people on blood thinning drugs such as warfarin, heparin, coumarin or aspirin.
