How to look after your Intimate Health - 23rd April 8-9pm

Join us on Zoom to learn more about Women’s intimate health. We will chat all things bowel, vagina and bladder - what keeps these structures healthy, and what can compromise their health. We will explain how different stages of life can affect our intimate health, with specific focus on oestrogen shifts in the body. As a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Nutritionist, we will share lots of dietary and lifestyle tips to keep the areas functioning well, and insights and avenues to explore if you are struggling with unwanted symptoms, from leaks, constipation, dryness and discomfort, to recurrent infections of the vagina and bladder.
