Viridian High Potency Magnesium

Viridian’s one-a-day capsules are high potency at 300mg per capsule. This is a very convenient product for people who don’t want to take lots of capsules. There are three types of magnesium in each capsule making it a very affordable form of magnesium. This product comes in two size pots, 30 and 120 capsules, allowing people to try it for a month and if they like it the larger pot is much more economical.
