This raw chocolate base recipe can be used for setting chocolate treats, adding to brownies, topping cakes, encapsulating ice-cream, stirring into hot chocolate or coffee….all sorts of lovely things! 2 cups of cacao powder
1 cup cacao butter
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup/ coconut nectar
1/2 cup coconut oil
Melt coconut oil and cacao butter over some boiling water, once melted remove from heat and add vanilla, coconut nectar and cacao powder. Pour into desired container and place in the freezer to set!
